  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns (EU Consumers)

  • 14-Day Right to Cancel: If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

  • Return Process: To exercise this right, you must inform us via email at info@salviosol.com. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

  • Condition of Goods: Returned products should, where reasonably possible, include their original packaging. Consumers may inspect the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. We may deduct an amount reflecting any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for such inspection.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 days.

8. Warranty and Claims

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@salviosol.com. We comply with statutory warranty laws applicable in EU, providing a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for goods.
