1. Right of Withdrawal (30-Day Cooling-Off Period)

EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. SalvioSol voluntarily extends this period to 30 days, subject to the conditions stated below. This extension does not affect your statutory rights.

  • The withdrawal period expires 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires, physical possession of the goods.

  • If you ordered multiple goods in one order that are delivered separately, the 30-day period begins the day you receive the last item.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement.

You may use the standard European Model Withdrawal Form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 30-day period has expired.

3. Returning the Goods

Once you have notified us of your intent to return, you must send the goods back to us or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us.

  • Condition of Items: Returned products should, where reasonably possible, include their original packaging. Consumers may inspect the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. We may deduct an amount reflecting any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for such inspection.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item under the 30-day right of withdrawal (e.g., you changed your mind or the item doesn't fit), you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. * Defective Items: If the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect, salviosol.com will cover all return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

  • Processing Time: We will carry out such reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.


  • Payment Method: We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.


     

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. SalvioSol voluntarily extends the withdrawal period to 30 days under the conditions set out in our Refund Policy. This voluntary extension does not affect statutory consumer rights.

Please note that the 30-day right to return does not apply to the following types of products:

  • Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (custom-made items).

  • Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (e.g., cosmetics, underwear, earrings).

  • Sealed audio or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software which were unsealed after delivery.
